How do I customize the enrollment email?

Follow these steps to customize your enrollment email.

You can easily customize Enrollment emails, including the subject and message, by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select the settings icon in the bottom left of your sidebar.

Step 2: Select ‘Customize’.

Step 3: Select ‘Enrollment emails’ from the top menu.

Step 4: Choose which kind of enrollment email you will customize. You can customize the email sent to learners when a trainer enrolls them into a course, they are self-enrolled into a Course, or they are invited to a Catalog.

Step 5: Edit the email. You can change the text in the subject, message and button. Use Merge fields to display dynamic content like course name, and learner name. You can also select who is the sender of the message.

Step 6: Don’t forget to select ‘Save changes’ to save all your edits.
