If you wish to embed a survey or poll, you can use your preferred provider as long as it can generate a URL share link.

For this article, we will use Typeform as an example. Other providers that work well with Coassemble include Paperform, Google Forms and SurveyMonkey.

Step 1: Navigate to the Lesson module you wish to embed a survey or poll in. Add the 'Text With Image' template as a new screen.

Step 2: Add a title for your new screen.

Step 3: Click the 'Edit' button on your newly created screen.

Step 4: Once you are in the edit screen, navigate to the 'Description' bar and click on the 'Insert Embedded Content' button (the TV Icon), as highlighted below:

Step 5: Copy the URL share link of the survey or poll you wish to embed, and paste it into the box. Select the 'Insert' button.

Step 6: You've now successfully embedded your survey or poll!
