Why are my users not receiving their invitation email to join my Coassemble workspace?

If one of your learners or trainers has not yet received the invitation email to join your Coassemble workspace, here are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Ask the user to check their spam folder.

Look for an email coming from noreply@coassemble.com.

2. Double-check that you've added them correctly in the system.

Go to the Users section, then either the Learners or Trainers tab and search for their email address to confirm that you've added the right one.

If you have correctly entered their email address in the Search bar, and the screen reads "Sorry, no learners found" or "Sorry no trainers found", then their email has not been added correctly and you will need to invite them again.

3. Check if the user already has an Active account.

Still from the Users section, if the user status is Active (green), it means they already activated their account. Simply ask them to log in here: https://app.coassemble.com/security/login and if they forgot their password, they can reset it from there.

If their status is still Invited (yellow), it means they haven't activated their account yet. Click on the Resend invitation button for that user and a new email will be sent to them. (see how to do this below).

If they still haven't received it, click on the learner's name to access their profile page, click on the 3 dots above their name, then 'Get activation link'.

Warning: You can copy and paste the activation code and send it to this user manually but do not use the activation link as it will render it invalid.
