How to add my logo to my workspace

Adding a logo is an easy way to brand your Coassemble workspace to feel and look more like your own organization.

There are two logo formats that you should provide:

  1. Square logo

  2. Landscape logo

The square logo is displayed in the navigation sidebar in your workspace. It is visible to both learners and trainers. This logo is also used on the Banner, and as a browser icon (favicon).

The landscape logo is displayed on your login screen, used as a default on catalogs and certificates, and used in system emails sent to your users.

How to add your logos

To get started, navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu and select the ‘Customize’ option.

Once you’re on the ‘Customize’ page, select the ‘Appearance’ tab.

To upload your own logo, simply hover over the logo you want to change and click on it. This will bring up a modal where you can upload your logo.

Accompanying the landscape logo is a preview of how it will appear in emails. When a system email is sent to your users, it will include your logo which sits on top of a background color. To change this backgroud color, click into the color picker — the preview that will update as you adjust the color.
