For all urgent support requests, we advise you to speak with your Account Manager directly. For all other requests, please use the in-app live chat or email support@coassemble.com

The Coassemble Team offers in-house support available between 8am - 5pm AEST from Monday to Friday.

If you’re outside of Aus, our in-house support hours are available below:

NA: 2pm-12am MST

EMEA: 9pm-6am UTC
