Upon reactivating a Coassemble account, it is always advised to check your user permission settings, and billing contact’s details are up to date.
Note: to complete any of the below actions you will first need to be an Administrator. If you are not a Administrator then please contact your Administrator to get the associated role provisioned.

Click the 'Live chat' and 'Plan and billing' to reach out to our team, or email support@coassemble.com
Our team will provide the current plan options and confirm the payment method for your subscription
Upon confirmation of plan and payment method, your account will be reinstated with access granted immediately
