Two scenarios may see you need to move a screen from one lesson to another lesson:

  • Scenario 1: You have multiple lessons within one course, and need to move a screen between these lessons.

  • Scenario 2: You need to move a screen between different courses, so from a lesson within Course A to a lesson within Course B.

Let's walk you through each of these scenarios below, as the process is different.

Moving screens between lessons within a single course

Step 1: Click on the three dots next to the screen you would like to move.

Step 2: Select 'Move screen'

Step 3: Select the name of the destination lesson from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Select 'Move screen' to confirm. Your screen will now appear in the destination you have chosen.

Watch these steps in action below.

Moving screens between lessons in different courses

If you wish to move a screen from within one lesson in a course, to another lesson in a different course, you will need to duplicate the screen to the destination course. Once it has been duplicated, you can then delete the screen from the original course. Follow the steps below:

First, you will be required to duplicate the screen to the destination.

Step 1: Find the Screen you would like to move to another lesson and click on the three dots.

Step 2: Select 'Duplicate screen'.

Step 3: Select 'Another lesson' and select the lesson from the dropdown menu. The lessons are grouped under their folders. You can also type the name of the lesson into the search bar.

Step 4: Once you have selected the destination lesson, click 'Duplicate'.
โ€‹Step 5: Once you have confirmed that you have successfully duplicated your screen to the destination lesson, you may wish to delete it from the original lesson.
