What is the Image+ template?
The Image+ Template is a great way to add graphics and other visuals to your online training. This template is the perfect tool to provide further context to graphics used in your content. Combining text with images is not only fun and engaging for your learners, it’s also effective!
Note: Before you begin creating your Image+ Template, you’ll need to prepare your image or images - view the recommended image sizes here.
How do I use the Image+ template?
Step 1: Select the ‘Image+’ Template from the ‘Presentation’ panel.
Step 2: Drag your ‘Image+’ Template into the Lesson Pathway. You will be prompted to give your new screen a title.
Step 3: Click the ‘Edit’ button.
Step 4: From the edit screen, you can choose to change your title, and enter a description. A description is optional, and will appear under your title if you chose one.
Step 5: Select a layout option for your ‘Image Click’ Template.
The first option will present all of your images in a row, which works best when you have a small number of images to display. The second option will present your images in two rows, which works best for when you have many images - view the recommended image sizes here.
Step 6: Select how you want your learners to view the text for each image.
The first option, ‘Expand on mouse enter’, will expand each image and display its description when your learners roll their mouse over the image in question. The second option, ‘Expand on mouse click’, requires your learners to click on each image to make it expand and to see its description.
Note: Don’t forget to save your changes using the blue ‘Save’ button when you’re finished.
Step 7: To start building your ‘Image Click’ Template, select the blue ‘Add New Item’ button.
Step 8: Choose your image and enter a title and description for it. When you’re done adding your image, title, and text, select the blue checkmark to save your changes.

Note: To add additional images, simply repeat the process.
You can re-order each item by using the ‘drag and drop’ handles on the left. The order they’re displayed in here is the order that will be displayed to learners.
Step 9: To preview your interactive template, click on the ‘preview’ icon.
