Uploading your own SCORM packages provides you the ability to add your existing online training files to your Coassemble courses.

Let's take a look at the steps below to learn how to upload SCORM packages into a Coassemble Course:

Uploading a SCORM package

Step 1: Click anywhere on the course that will host your SCORM package to enter the ‘Edit’ screen.

Step 2: Once the page has loaded, navigate to the ‘Modules’ tab, then select the ‘Add module’ button.

Step 3: From the ‘Add module’ screen, click on the ‘SCORM package’ button.

Step 4: Click on 'Drop a file or browse files', select your SCORM package from your computer, then select the 'Module Type' and 'SCORM version'. Don't forget to give your SCORM package a title before saving your changes using the blue ‘Save’ button.

Note: Module type refers to how your learner's results are recorded. ‘Content’ refers to lesson templates that require only reading to complete the content, whereas an ‘Activity’ refers to quizzes and interactive lesson templates that require an action to complete the content.

Step 5: The Course Pathway should now display your new SCORM package. To ensure that the SCORM package is working properly, select ‘Preview’ at the top right-hand corner of the screen, or on the module itself.

Note: Some SCORM packages do not communicate their completion status, you are able to manually set the SCORM package as complete in the Module Settings panel.
