Learners can be added to the workspace in bulk and enrolled straight into a course from the 'Users' page, or you can add the learner to the platform and enroll them into a course at a later stage.
How to add learners to the platform in bulk
Step 1: Click the 'Users' section in the side navigation bar
Step 2: Click the "Create Learner" button
Step 3: Add the email addresses of the learner by typing (or pasting) in the email and hitting the 'Space' bar in between each one. Alternatively, you can copy the emails from an external spreadsheet and paste it into this field.
Step 4: Click the 'Next' button
Step 5: Select the courses you want to enroll the learners in or leave blank.
Note: If you chose to enroll the learners in a course (or courses) they will receive an invitation email straight away. If you did not enroll them in a course they will not receive an invite email until they are enrolled in a course either directly or via a group.
Step 6: Click the 'Create and enroll' button
