Learners can be added to the workspace one by one and enrolled straight into a course from the 'Users' page, or you can add the learner to the platform and enroll them into a course at a later stage.
How to add learners one by one
Step 1: Click the 'Users' section in the side navigation bar
Step 2: Click "Create Learner"
Step 3: Add the email address of the learner you want to invite to the platform and hit 'Enter' on your keyboard.
Step 4: Click the 'Next' button.
Step 5: Select the courses you want to enroll the learner in or leave blank
Note: If you chose to enroll the learner in a course (or courses) they will receive an invitation email straight away. If you do not enroll them in a course, they will not receive an invite email until they are enrolled in a course either directly or via a group.
Step 6: Click the 'Create and enroll' button.
