If one of your learners has not received the invitation email to join your Coassemble workspace, here are a few things you can do.

  • Double-check that you've added them correctly. Go to the Users page, and search for their email address, and confirm that you've added the right email address.

  • Check the user status. If it's still Pending (yellow), it means they haven't activated their account yet. Try resending the invitation email. Click on the Resend invitation button for that user and a new email will be sent to them.

  • If the user status is Active (green), simply ask them to log in here: app.coassemble.com. If they forgot their password, they can reset it from there.
