What is the Checklist Presentation Template?

The Checklist Presentation Template can be used as a checklist e.g. the ingredients for a recipe or the possible items you require for a trip away.

From the learner’s point of view, they will be expected to check off each item by clicking it. The checked items are visible by a checkmark, once checked, the item will appear crossed out.

How do I use the Checklist Presentation Template?

Step 1: Select the ‘Checklist’ template from the Presentation templates panel.

Step 2: Drag and drop the ‘Checklist Presentation’ template into the lesson pathway. You will be prompted to give your new screen a title.

Step 3: Select the ‘Edit’ button.

Step 4: From here you will be able to choose to add a sub-topic number (optional), edit the title, and enter a description (optional). The description will appear below the title if you choose to add one.

Additionally, you will be able to change the color of your checkmark (optional) with a hex code or color selector, and you can choose between 3 icon types for the checkmark - a tick, square, or cross.

Note: When you’re finished editing, don’t forget to press the blue ‘save’ button at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: To start adding items to your checklist, simply click the first empty checklist item and start typing. Click the blue check button to save your changes once you’re done.

To add another item to the checklist, simply click the ‘Add Another’ button. If you wish to remove an item, click the red ‘trash’ button.

Step 6: If you wish to re-order your checklist, click and drag the handles.

Step 7: To preview your work, simply click ‘Preview’
