At Coassemble, we know that having access to support when you need it is important to our customers. To make this possible, we have an in-app live chat window using Intercom.

If you’re wondering how to use Intercom live chat to connect with Coassemble’s support team, follow the steps below.

Step 1: While browsing any page on Coassemble, make your way to the bottom right of your screen to locate the Intercom Connect chat button.

You’ll receive updates via Intercom live chat from the Coassemble team from time to time. You may receive a few messages from our Founder, Jude, and our Head of Marketing, Claire. They often send messages via Intercom to keep you up to date with the latest Coassemble news.

Step 2: If you would like to send a message to the support team at Coassemble, click 'New Conversation' once you've opened Intercom live chat.

Step 3: Once you’ve opened a new conversation, you can live chat with one of our Customer Support Agents about any questions or concerns you may have.

The following tools are also at your disposal at the bottom of the chat window:

Text box: You can type your message here

GIF: Attach GIF's for those moments that need an added layer of emotion

Emoji: Include emoji's within your message

Attach: Attach any file to send to our support team

Note: It is always very helpful if you screenshot the issue you're experiencing and attaching it as a file, and also include the URL where it is occurring.
